Decent, but I think I overpaid during full moon festival

Good location, very friendly and kind staff, extremely helpful. Room was clean.

I think I paid "surge pricing" because it was quite expensive. Room was pretty small. The air conditioner dripped into my bed which was very annoying. The bathroom wasn't super nice... Honestly it is a perfectly fine hotel I just felt cheated because I spent so much. Probably because it was their last room on the night of the full moon party...

location was amazing, the free breakfast was a nice touch, staff were really helpful

expensive because of full moon, the stairs to the bed are so steep so you have to be so careful and it’s a mattress you’re sleeping on, not a proper bed. the room was really dark, lighting needs improving

Not what we expected

Great staff, even brought us a blanket in the middle of the night and tried to fix our lamp. The location is good and there is a mini mart at the property as well as a good stand with sandwiches and fruit shakes I guess.

The bathroom light wasn't working and the shower set the whole bathroom under water. We didn't get the room we wanted because the heater was broken. At first we were told that the big towel would be the blanket (which we didn't find appropriate), however it was really nice that the staff brought us a real blanket after calling. We didn't like that the walls were thin and you could hear every noise & that there was no window. We've stayed at better hotels for this (relatively) high price - although it was probably higher because of Full Moon Party.

overpriced for what it is

the lady who works the front desk is super sweet and helpful. there is a small convenience store out front which is handy and they offer laundry services. nice sitting area at the back.

beds were super hard. they take 1000b cash hold for the room. when we went to checkout the person who checked our room said we won’t get the full deposit back because the towels were dirty. we never left the room with our towels. one had a bit of dirt that I assume was from it being on the washroom floor. they took 300b out of the deposit because they said they need to send them to a special cleaner …

Nice room.

Nice room. Not far from the center unless you walk with heavy bag.

There was some compressor just outside room's window making terrible noise every couple of minutes driving tou crazy. Impossible to sleep...

Great hotel and great value for money. I was injured and booked it as it was close to a hospital. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean.

The place is amazing.

The place is amazing. Very clean, 3 minutes walk to the beach, extremely good Aircon and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the close location to the hospital as I had an injury and had to go back there every day

Good value for money!

Close to the pier and loads of shops/resturants. Reception staff were very helpful. Laundry facilities (good for backpackers), had a small hotel shop, scooter hire/tour bookings can be done at hotel. Room was basic but had air con. Mini bar with 2 free waters per day.

Few mosquitos and small cockroach in room. No windows in room so very gloomy, as was the bathroom. No safe in the room either.

Nice place to stay

Clean, comfortable rooms. Liked the setup of the twin room. Staff friendly and nice. Next to a few shops and not that far to walk into town or night market. Good food places directly across the road.

Staff is really nice, hotel looks good and well maintained.

The only thing I didn't like is that the matresses are quite hard, like many places in Thailand. The score of this hotel would be so much higher with decent mattresses.

Good location - very close to beach.

Good location - very close to beach. There was a mini supermarket in the hotel which was very handy.

The shower head was too low, it was built into the wall so you couldn’t adjust it. To wash your hair was a task.
